The HelpDesk team provides a single point of contact for students, faculty or staff who are faced with a technology-related issue or question.  To request assistance, you may visit where you will find great online resources including the ability to submit a request for help, access to a comprehensive Knowledge Base, a link to start a chat with a HelpDesk agent, and more.  You may also choose to contact the HelpDesk by calling 765-285-1517.

The HelpDesk team is comprised on knowledgeable full-time staff, graduate assistants and student employees who are well trained in the technology used at Ball State.  In addition to phone support, this group provides walk-in support in the Tech Center (BL 101), and includes Desktop Support specialists who provide support in offices across campus.
