Undergraduate students of all disciplines are invited to enroll in this 15-credit minor to explore the contemporary and emerging digital mediums that are furthering the disciplines involved with and concerned by the built environment. We will—in disciplinary language—discuss, create, and think critically about harnessing these mediums for contemporary and future design practice.

This program will: Survey a wide variety of contemporary digital design visualization and fabrication tools and mediums; Address the contemporary issues in computationally enhanced design which are rapidly transforming theoretical underpinnings and practice; Empower the students for their careers by learning how to navigate and succeed within the constantly evolving paradigm of technology.
