In his 14th year leading the Innovation Connector, Ted has witnessed tremendous growth with startups and successful business launches.

A Mexican-American teenage farmworker dreams of graduating high school. When ICE raids her community, it threatens to separate her family and forces her to become her family's breadwinner. She works long days in the strawberry fields and the night shift at a food processing factory. Set in an agricultural town on the central coast of California, Fruits of Labor is a lyrical, coming-of-age documentary feature about adolescence, nature and how ancestors paved the way.
