This program is designed for those students who wish to develop a foundation of skillsets needed to emerge as leaders. Over three days, we will focus on self-leadership, other-leadership, and problem-solving. Participants will spend time learning about their own strengths and talents while understanding the importance of collaborative and creative work styles. Campers will learn the importance of communication and how unique problem-solving preferences play a role when it comes to teams.

  • Campers meet daily from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. May 6 - 8.
  • Cost $150 (Scholarships available; contact Candy Dodd for more information and details about how to apply for a scholarship.)
  • *Note: All camps must have a minimum of 10 participants. A decision will be made no later than May 31st if there aren’t enough registrations to host the camp.

The Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute (ELI) is excited to announce its youth summer programming. Join us in a series of camps for grades 2nd-8th and 11th-12th. The Institute prides itself in preparing youth to be changemakers and problem solvers by providing them opportunities to learn about their own strengths and talents while learning the importance of collaboration and teamwork. Camps are designed for students who like to think with their hands and play outside of the box while being challenged. All camps will be held at the ELI Launch Pad, located in the Oakwood Building, Room 133 on the Ball State campus.
