Cardinal Job Fair

Whether you're a hiring manager or a soon-to-be graduate, this is your chance to network with hundreds of employers, organizations, and Ball State University students in search of internships and full-time employment. Each year, more than 300 employers and nearly 2,000 students participate in our two Cardinal Job Fairs. We're leading the way in career placement outcomes.
