CHIRP Scholars: Spring and Summer 2025 Study Abroad Deadline

This scholarship is for students participating in study abroad at Ball State. Awards will be up to $1000.

Any undergraduate student who is participating in a Spring or Summer 2025 study abroad trip led by a Ball State faculty member (for credit) is eligible to apply. Preference will be given to students of color, first-generation college students, and students with high financial need. (All applicants may be asked to submit additional materials and/or participate in an interview if the review committee requires more information to make funding decisions.)

Please note: If selected, the money will be placed in the student's Ball State account. If the student has an outstanding balance, the money will first be used to pay the balance. If the trip is canceled or the student does not register for the trip, the funds will not be transferred to the student's account.

Additionally, if selected, students will be expected to submit photos and a reflection on their trip upon completion of their travel.

The deadline is November 15, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
