This program is designed to help mid-career faculty seeking promotion and meritorious performance and to help senior-level faculty reinvigorate their scholarship. The presenter, Dr. Edward Lazaros, will describe strategies for possible scholarship success. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in discussion during the program.

This session will be presented by Dr. Edward Lazaros as part of the faculty-led professional development series Flying Higher: Professional Development for Mid-Career and Senior Faculty.

 

Dr. Edward Lazaros is a tenured professor who has been at Ball State University for over twenty years.  He has published over 100 refereed articles in professional publications and given over 100 refereed presentations at state, national, and international conferences. The program facilitator has also secured over $1.5 million dollars in external grant funding.
