Setting healthy boundaries is key to protecting and taking care of ourselves. However, this is not a topic which is often discussed, and can have negative impacts if unhealthy boundary setting behaviors are not addressed. This session will educate you about the importance of boundary setting, and demonstrate different ways in which boundaries can be preserved and protected.
Register by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and the Zoom link invite will be sent to you. Working Well is excited to bring this series to Ball State faculty and staff through a collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling.
