Working Well Program

Stress and anxiety are two highly prevalent feelings among modern populations. But what are they, really? And, can we control their presence in our lives? In this presentation, participants will learn the biological background of the experiences of stress and anxiety, as well as learn tips for regulating their emotions and thus managing their levels of stress and anxiety.
