Laughter Yoga and You! (Social, Physical Wellbeing) - Presented by Cindy Cash, Certified Laughter Yoga Specialist

Are you stressed out, depressed or having health problems? Do you want to bring more laughter and joy into your life? Experience laughter yoga.  It combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques (Pranayama) which brings more oxygen to our body and brain making us feel more energetic and healthier. Ten to 15 minutes of LY exercises can reduce stress, make your immune system stronger and keep your mind positive during challenging times.  

 

Keeping Up with Your Credit Score (Financial Wellbeing) - Presented by BSU Financial

Your credit score – it’s one of the most important, and complicated numbers in your life. Join Financial Center for a workshop where you’ll receive tangible guidance on maximizing your score.

During this workshop, you’ll learn:

Feel the Rhythm (Social Wellbeing) - Presented by Mr. Ishmael Konney, Assistant Teaching Professor in West African Dance

Experience a drum circle while exploring the musical patterns of the Kpanlogo rhythm. Kpanlogo is a traditional music and dance form originating from Ghana. No drum experience required

 

There's Nothing to Do in Muncie! - Presented by Michelle Kinsey, Communications Manager in the Office of Community Engagement

Breathwork for busy professionals (Physical Wellbeing) - Presented by Cara Chowning, Assistant Teaching Professor (Vocal Coach and Music Appreciation) and Breathwork instructor, In-Tune Artistry

Learn how breathwork can release stress and reset your day. Understand some basic science behind using the breath and what exactly Breathwork is anyway.  Master a few simple practices to do at work, at home or anytime you need a break.
