"Upon joining DCAC, I learned early on in my college career that using your voice and being a resource to other students was important. I know that my yearning for leadership and communication had a purpose, so as I grew into various leadership positions extracurriculars, student organizations, agencies, etc. I wanted to shout it from the rooftops how important not only being involved was, but encouraging others to do the same as well. DCAC allowed me to sit in a room with other student leaders who felt the same way about their passion for the college, their admiration for their organizations, and their understanding of the importance of voice. While I joined the the early stages of DCAC itself, I had the chance to have a hand in the foundations on what we're trying to accomplish. I look forward to seeing what the future of DCAC has in store as fresh new determined members join. I look forward to using the networking, communication, and advocacy skills I learned in DCAC in my future career as well."

Bio
I am currently a senior advertising student at Ball State pairing my major with a minor in marketing. My passion for advertising and marketing stems from a love for scholastic journalism and creative storytelling. I know that much like people, every brand and business has a unique and valuable story to tell, and I want to be the one to tell it.
Over the course of my time at Ball State and involvement in student organizations I've had the chance to be on the Marketing and Communications team at BSUDM, work at Ball State Journalism Workshops as Assistant to the Director, and work at our student run advertising agency as an Account Manager and as the Executive Director of Advertising, Media Sales, and Business Development, and of course a founding member of DCAC. These milestones have lead me to fall in love with leadership, and I will continue to do so post-graduation in my personal and professional endeavors.
In addition to my career and academics, I enjoy working as a freelance photographer and graphic designer. I firmly believe that every day is an opportunity to create and grow, and the only way to do both things successfully is by keeping an open mind, a humble posture, and a passionate heart.
