Donald D. Dumoulin II
Don Dumoulin joined the Ball State University Foundation Board of Directors in 2014.
He is the chief executive officer and owner of Precise Tooling Solutions, as well as the Next Chapter LLC. Precise Tooling Solutions is a custom manufacturing operation in Columbus, Indiana. It is an award winning, full service, experienced tooling operation, both building and repairing tools for the plastic injection molding industry.
The nearly 35-year-old company was named "Mold Maker of the Year" in 2020, by MoldMaking Technology Magazine, the most prestigious award in the industry.
Prior to purchasing Precise Tooling Solutions, Dumoulin spent his career building successful organizations and brands within world-class organizations such as Procter and Gamble, Roche, The Blackstone Group and with smaller entrepreneurial enterprises. He has a passion for organizational innovation, growth and continuous improvement.
Dumoulin is also a member of the Ball State University Miller College of Business Advisory Board, the Purdue University Technical Assistance Advisory Council, and past board member of both the United Way of Central Indiana and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
He is a 1982 graduate of the Miller College of Business at Ball State and has been honored with a Benny Award, a Miller College of Business Award of Achievement, and a Miller College of Business Award of Distinction.
