Randall E. Pond
Randall E. Pond joined the Ball State University Foundation Board of Directors in 2008.
He is a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science in accounting and economics in 1977 from Ball State. As a student, he was a member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. A member of Ball State’s Fellows Society, Pond remains actively involved at Ball State. He joined the Ball State University Foundation board in 2008 and is a member of the University’s Miller College of Business Executive Advisory Board as well as a recipient of the Miller College Hall of Fame Award. He also serves on the boards of CARE Enterprises, Stanford Healthcare Valley Care Hospital, and MetricStream.
Pond is the chief financial officer for Pensando Systems, Inc., where he also serves on the board of directors. Previously, he spent 25 years at Cisco Systems, with his final role as executive vice president of operations. In this capacity, he oversaw the areas of worldwide supply chain management, human resources, legal affairs, corporate affairs, global shared services, and community relations.
