The Applied Technology Building is home to multiple Miller College of Business majors and resources within Applied Business Studies. Facilities include our student-run and operated Allégre Restaurant  and Weidner Center for Residential Property Management.

Housing Options

Kinghorn Residence Hall

Known for its state-of-the-art technology and first-class amenities, Kinghorn Residence Hall first opened its doors in 2010 and is the home of the Business Living-Learning Community.

This state-of-the-art residence hall has centralized air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a multipurpose room and space for meetings and presentations, a fitness room, lounge space, and a music practice room with recording space. The residence hall also offers a variety of room types for students such as doubles, singles, and suites. Kinghorn is coed and has semi-private bathrooms (a bathroom shared by a small number of students). Furniture within the hall is loftable, allowing students to truly tailor their living space.
