Your Purpose Open Forum: Finding Fulfillment in Our Work and Meaning in Our Lives

During this forum, faculty and staff will have the opportunity to share their thoughts on how we – individually and collectively – can be more intentional in helping our students – and ourselves – develop a sense of purpose. To prepare for the discussion, please consider what specific programs and activities we should implement to help our students create their own individual pathway to a fulfilling career and to a meaningful life. Please also consider that, in order to achieve our vital mission, we must also encourage and enable all our colleagues to have a more fulfilling career at our University – an impact that may increase meaning in their lives.
