T.J. Brecciaroli serves as the Dean of Students at Ball State University, where he oversees areas that provide assistance, education, intervention, and referral services to the university community. This includes the offices of Disability Services; Fraternity and Sorority Life; Health, Alcohol, and Drug Education; Student Conduct; Student Legal Services; Victim Services; and the Associate Dean of Students/Title IX Coordinator.

T.J. joined Ball State in October 2018 and previously served as the Dean of Students and Assistant Dean of Students at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (2013-2018), as the Director of Residential Life at Saint Francis University (2010–2013), Associate Dean of Students and Director of Residence Life at Carson-Newman University (2007-2010), and Director of Residential Life at Huntingdon College (2005-2007).

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Huntingdon College and holds a Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from Indiana University-Bloomington. T.J. also holds many certifications in crisis response and emergency management.
