Webmail Gateway

Ball State students, faculty, and staff are all issued a Ball State e-mail account (@bsu.edu) that may also be referred to as an Office 365 account. Ball State e-mail accounts are used by the university for official communication and remain active while you are a current student or employee. Students are responsible for managing and checking Ball State e-mail for official communication about courses, registration, billing statements, housing, dining, alerts, and other administrative matters. The same username and password for your Ball State account will also be used to access many online Ball State resources and systems.

Alumni

Lifetime email addresses are no longer being offered as a service for alumni. Current users will continue to have access to their lifetime email account and can log in below.
