All faculty and staff already have access to Cayuse HE.

Have you completed your CITI Training? Most of the training you'll complete as a researcher will be completed with CITI, the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) Program. Please complete your applicable modules prior to IRB submission. A score of at least 80% must be achieved on each post-module quiz for training to be considered sufficient.

• Email subject line: IRB Peer Mentor Request 
• Question 1 (Required) - Reason for the meeting? (ex. application help, ethics questions, informed consent questions, etc.)
• Question 2 (Required) - Explain in detail what you would like to discuss in the requested meeting.
• If you have specific materials you want to discuss, please attach them to your email.
