A Sports Facilities Space Priority Meeting is held each semester to establish and prioritize all Sports Facilities shared space for each academic term. Early space requests for Ball State stakeholder groups must be submitted by April 1 for the summer term, July 15 for fall term, and December 1 for spring term. The facilities are available for community/third party rentals when space is available. Please select among the following options, complete the form, and a Sports Facilities representative will respond via email during regular business hours.

Shared Space Philosophy

As a unit of Business and Auxiliary Services, Sports Facilities operates under a shared-space philosophy. As a result, multiple Ball State University stakeholder groups must share the limited Sports Facilities space available.
