Unified Technology Support (UTS) provides friendly and knowledgeable technology support for the Ball State community. Through our wide range of services, we will help you find the answers to your technology questions and provide expertise to help resolve your technology support needs.

  

  • Remote assistance continues to be available via the Technology HelpDesk. You may contact the Technology HelpDesk, at 765-285-1517 or by visiting www.bsu.edu/helpdesk.
     
  • The Tech Center is now open. Visit www.bsu.edu/techcenter to see our current hours. Having an appointment before you visit the Tech Center is highly encouraged.

  • Faculty & Staff can register for a walk-in appointment at the Tech Center, BL101 here.

  • Students can register for a Tech Time walk-in appointment at the Tech Center, BL101 here.

The Tech Center, located in BL 101, is home to several UTS services, including the Concierge Desk, TechTime, the Technology HelpDesk, the Technology Store, as well as the UTS administrative offices. Other UTS services are located in the lower level of Bracken Library and in the Robert Bell building. You will find UTS managed labs in several campus locations.
