The Associate Director works collaboratively with the Chief Strategic Officer to develop and deliver training focused on meeting the University’s strategic planning goals and develops, facilitate, and implements training, workshops, and programs guided by data for individuals with responsibilities for implementing strategic imperative priorities (SIPs) that are aligned with the University strategic goals.
