Beyond research, Jana continues to expand her work in performance nutrition, developing tailored meal plans for athletes and educating clients on fueling strategies that enhance training, recovery, and overall well-being. Looking ahead, she hopes to pursue a career in orthopedics, where she can integrate her research, athletic background, and clinical experience to improve outcomes for both athletes and general populations. In her free time, she enjoys coaching youth athletes, creating individualized nutrition plans for clients, spending time on the basketball court, and going on walks.
