Amber Riggin, BS, CHES, is a public health professional dedicated to fostering community health and wellness. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Ball State University in May 2025, where she served as President of Eta Sigma Gamma, the national health education honorary.
Amber has been with Ball State University since 2011 and brings years of experience in outreach, education, and community engagement. In her role with the East Central Indiana Area Health Education Center, she is passionate about health education, prevention, and empowering individuals to make informed decisions that support multidimensional well-being through physical, mental, social, and environmental health. Amber is committed to applying her knowledge and leadership to support community initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and promote positive health outcomes throughout the region.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys walks around campus and the Cardinal Greenway, community fitness events, and spending quality time with her family.
