Greening of the Campus IX: Building Pedagogy

Computers / Laptops / Tablets

Note that all presenters are responsible for bringing their own computer, laptop or tablet from which to run their presentation.  The conference venue WILL NOT have devices available to run presentations.  All rooms will have a VGA (male) cable end for connection to projection or display equipment.  Presenters must provide any adapters that are necessary to connect this cable to their presentation computing device.

Audio Visual Provisions

All rooms designated for paper, panel or workshop presentations will have either a screen/projector or large-screen LCD set-up.  VGA video and stereo mini cable connections will be provided to the room AV system.  Microphones, if needed, will be available in most larger rooms.

Session Logistics

All sessions will be SELF MODERATED.
Each individual paper session is allotted a maximum of 30 minutes including questions/answers and equipment transition time.
Each panel session is allotted a maximum of 90 minutes including questions/answers and equipment transition time.
