Exercise Physiology Testing

This laboratory contains the necessary equipment to perform all the classical physiological measurements during exercise:

• two treadmills (Quinton and Woodway)
• several mechanical and electronically braked cycle ergometers (Lode, Velotron, Monark)
• a specially equipped Monark for sprint testing and training
• custom-made on-line and Douglas Bag-based indirect calorimetry system
• This lab also contains a large environmental chamber (5-65°C).
