Angie Popplewell
Director of Operations
Angie Popplewell is the director of operations for the Indiana Communities Institute at Ball State University. She works extensively with the team in managing the wide variety of educational programming offered by the Institute, including workshops and week-long training programs focused on modern community economic development. Two of the best-known programs she works on include the annual Indiana Economic Development Course, certified by the international body, and the Community Development Course.
Popplewell grew up in East Central Indiana and is a graduate of Ball State University, holding a bachelor's degree in business administration.
