Construction Management

CAP Funds

Purpose

Provides funds for general use of the College of Architecture and Planning.

Examples

Supports activities such as:

  • student support
  • alumni events
  • faculty travel
  • various outreach activities

Purpose

To provide for professional program needs in support of students and faculty.

Examples

Supports activities such as:

  • alumni lunch lectures with students
  • reviewer travel costs and refreshments
  • student committee activities
  • design build explorations

Purpose

Advancement of the Construction Management program.

Examples

Supports activities such as:

  • student competitive teams – such as our recent five teams that went to compete at the ASC Region 3 Competition
  • accreditation efforts

Purpose

Provides support for program needs.

Purpose

To provide for a wide range of needs not covered by the operating budget.

Purpose

Provides funding to support the advancement of the Interior Design program.

Purpose

To provide financial support to key projects that advance learning beyond the classroom. The emphasis for the fund is for college-wide initiatives that emphasize inter-disciplinary advances and innovative educational programs.

  • firm in residence
  • accelerating research areas for faculty or CAP centers
  • collaborative/cross-disciplinary projects
  • capstone critics program
  • student travel support fund

Purpose

To support students with demonstrated financial need and students who would not be able to participate in Estopinal College of Architecture and Planning travel programs without additional financial support. Preference for recipients will be given to students who are first generation college attendees and students from under-represented groups as defined by university standards.
