Student Accomplishments

Payton Drefcinski, B.S. in Sociology & Criminology, 2022

Payton Drefcinski of Mason, Ohio, has been awarded a fellowship worth $8,500 by The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi—the nation's oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines. Drefcinski is one of 62 recipients nationwide to receive a Phi Kappa Phi Fellowship.

Drefcinski received a B.S. degree in Sociology & Criminology from Ball State University in 2022. As a Phi Kappa Phi Fellow, Drefcinski will pursue a master's degree in human development research and policy at New York University.
