Criminal Justice Career Day, held each spring at Ball State, mutually benefits students and criminal justice organizations by connecting more than 600 interested, educated, well-qualified, and motivated students with potential employers. The event gives students the opportunity to meet representatives from local, state, federal, and private sector criminal justice agencies providing important services in Indiana and across the nation.
Information for Students
CJC Career Day is free for students, and interested students should speak with their CJC instructors for more information about the event. As the date gets closer, your CJC instructors will share more information and collect names of junior and senior-level students interested in participating in the mock interviews, and all students are welcome to come and meet participating recruiters, gather more information about recruiting agencies, and share their resumés.
In need of professional clothes for Career Day? Ball State students can find and get new and gently used professional clothes for free through Cardinal Closet in LaFollette Complex, Room GE11. Visit Cardinal Closet's BennyLink Events page for information about open hours when students can come by and "shop" for free business attire!
Information for Organizations
Organizations wishing to participate will be allowed to staff an information table in Cardinal Hall A/B/C in the Student Center. Space is limited this year, and reservations will be made first come, first served. Organizations also have the opportunity to conduct mock interviews with interested students during the CJC Career Day. All questions regarding the CJC Career Day should be addressed to Dr. Anthony Vito and Dr. Greg Rocheleau.
