About the Ensemble
Vox Anima (formerly Women’s Chorus) is a treble-voice ensemble (includes sopranos and altos) open, without audition, to students of all disciplines who enjoy sharing camaraderie through music and achieving excellence in performance. The ensemble performs music representing a broad spectrum of styles, with particular emphasis on works by female composers.
Vox Anima rehearses twice each week and performs multiple times each year, including an annual concert during Women’s Week and frequent collaborations with other Ball State ensembles.
