Youth Symphony Orchestra of East Central Indiana

Housed on the Ball State campus, the Youth Symphony Orchestra of East Central Indiana (YSOECI) brings together young musicians from Delaware and surrounding counties to provide weekly orchestral experiences specifically tailored for students. Comprised of three orchestras, YSOECI offers instruction for beginner, intermediate, and advanced strings. Learn more.

Muncie Symphony Orchestra

Ball State University has a long-standing partnership with the Muncie Symphony Orchestra (MSO). Advanced graduate students and faculty perform in the orchestra alongside community members and freelance musicians. The orchestra typically performs twelve concerts each season. In addition, our students perform a number of outreach concerts with the MSO at local and regional schools. Learn more.
