Leslie Miller
Student Success Coach
Leslie Miller is a dedicated student-centered professional with more than 25 years of experience in leadership, organizational development, program management, and supporting youth, families, and communities. A Ball State University graduate, Leslie holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology and a master's degree in Educational Psychology. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for being a people-focused leader who values authentic relationships, collaboration, and helping others recognize and reach their potential. Her experience includes leadership roles in several Indiana non-profit organizations, as well as serving as an adjunct faculty member.
Outside of work, Leslie enjoys spending time with her family & friends, traveling, and meeting new people. She is excited to bring her people-first approach to supporting Ball State students and helping them feel connected, confident, and ready to succeed.
