Amazon Career Choice is an innovative Amazon education program uniquely designed to upskill Amazon employees who are interested in pursuing more in their career and continuing their educational journey. Launched in 2012, today the program flourishes in 14 countries and serves thousands of associates globally.
Amazon Career Choice is partnering with Ball State University to deliver training for a high-demand career in healthcare or an opportunity to pursue an undergraduate degree program at Ball State, giving eligible employees* the tools to make a move and pursue life and career aspirations.
Amazon Career Pathways
Our live virtual training is delivered synchronously with experienced instructors who have practical experience in the Healthcare industry. Amazon Associates in select cities where demand for healthcare employees is high have access to our Clinical Medical Assistant and/or Medical Billing and Coding training. These programs include certification and comprehensive career services.
