Being aware of your own emotions is important for your well-being. Ignorance of one's own emotions consistently may lead to chronic mental illness. Self-care is an essential part of life. Come learn strategies to tune into what you feel and help yourself understand how it affects your day-to-day life.
These sessions are offered through Engagement, Wellbeing & Culture (Working Well) in collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling. Sessions are held every Wednesday from 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM via Zoom.
After you register, you will receive an email confirmation with the Zoom link and Outlook calendar invites for all sessions you requested.
