Sometimes we care for others and have a lot of empathy towards other people, but we forget to be kind to ourselves. Self-compassion involves embracing oneself and accepting oneself as who we are. Learn how to be more aware of your negative self-talk and doubts. Confidence and positive interactions at work can also develop naturally from a coherent sense of self.

These sessions are offered through Engagement, Wellbeing & Culture (Working Well) in collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling. Sessions are held every Wednesday from 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM via Zoom.

After you register, you will receive an email confirmation with the Zoom link and Outlook calendar invites for all sessions you requested.
