Ball State's Chad Kinsella, a political science professor, discussed Monday's electoral college action. Kinsella talked reviewed the definition of “faithless electors,” whether or not electoral votes unfairly water down voters’ power in high population states, and if President Donald Trump has any chance of overturning the outcome.
