A troupe of Ball State University dancers is getting a kick out of performing to music by some of the most influential musical artists of all time. "Icons in Motion" will take to the Ball State University Theatre stage at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 8-10, with a matinee performance at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 11.
The dance theater will celebrate musical legacies, such as Prince and Billie Holiday, and dance through the arts of ballet, modern and jazz. The director of the production is Audra Sokol, assistant professor of dance.
Tickets for the performance cost $13 for the general public, $12 for faculty and staff, $10 for senior citizens and $7 for students.
