Governor Mike Pence is directing flags at state facilities statewide to be flown at half-staff in honor of Notre Dame’s Father Theodore Hesburgh, whose leadership, wisdom and vision on matters of human and civil rights, education, and diplomacy helped to better this nation and our world. Flags will be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Wednesday, the day of his funeral.
