Downtown Entries/Railroad Viaducts
The Downtown Blueprint identified Harrison Street as a potential location for significant infill development. This corridor also represents an opportunity to link Harrison Square with potential development at the North River.

I-69 Gateways
Five interstate changes on I-69 are within the city of Fort Wayne and offer very little visual appeal to travelers. A landscape design study that proposed low maintenance creative solutions that could be coordinated with the Indiana DOT would offer both green design opportunities as well as decreased maintenance cost to INDOT.

South Anthony Corridor Study
South Anthony Boulevard has been identified as the "Main Street" of the SE Quadrant by the SE Development Strategy. Anthony connects IPFW/Ivy Tech to the north with Southtown Centre to the south. The development of a conceptual design plan for the corridor is the next step in potential improvements to the corridor.

Neighborhood Infill Study
The West Central Neighborhood CHDO and the Emanuel Lutheran Church are interested in developing a development strategy and plan for infill housing in the Historic West Central Neighborhood. The development area is within blocks of Harrison Square and just off the Broadway corridor.

Washington Boulevard Gateway
Washington Blvd. is the primary entrance to downtown from the east. Both the East Central Neighborhood and Memorial Park Neighborhood have recently completed neighborhood plans with the assistance of the city but a more focused look at the area as a gateway to downtown could be valuable. This project could also focus a look at all gateways into downtown.

West Main Street Corridor Study
West Main Street in downtown Fort Wayne offers very little visual appeal and low pedestrian satisfaction. A design study looking to anchor the courthouse with high traffic properties to the west could create renewed interest in the corridor.
