Ashley Aiken
Assistant Lecturer of Criminal Justice and Criminology
Ms. Ashley Aiken is the CJC Department’s Internship Coordinator and also teaches as an Assistant Lecturer in Criminal Justice and Criminology. Ms. Aiken was previously on the department's faculty from 2012-2015 and is an alumna of Ball State, having earned her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology and Psychology in 2009 and her Masters of Public Administration in 2011. Since leaving Ball State in 2015, Ms. Aiken has been employed with the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute in the Research Division, was a Manager of Safety and Transportation Issues with Indiana Constructors, Inc., and most recently was a Program Manager at the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority. Her extensive professional experience is invaluable as she coordinates our Internship Program and builds relationships with criminal justice agencies across the state and country.
