To drop a dual-credit course, please email us with the following:

  • your name
  • name of your high school
  • name and number of the course you no longer wish to take (for example, MATH 125 – Quantitative Reasoning)

Drops are processed the first week of the course.

Withdrawals are processed the second week of the course. The last day to withdraw is the 10th week of class. After the 10th week, withdrawals are only processed under extenuating circumstances (e.g., hospitalization, an accident, etc.).

Refunds

If you drop the course by 5 p.m. on Friday of the first week of the course, you will be issued a 100% refund if payment had already been paid or your account will be credited for the tuition amount of the course.

If you withdraw after the first week, you will owe tuition for your course on a sliding scale based on the refund schedule below. You may withdraw from your college class until the end of the 10th week.
