The People and Culture minor focuses on how to empower others and help employees reach their highest potential. You will learn how to lead employees and co-workers toward common goals in the workplace. With this minor, you’ll be prepared to help shape workplace strategy including hiring, creating benefits packages, training and development, and employee retention programs.
A People and Culture minor works well with all majors (excluding a major in Human Resource Management, or major in Management and Leadership with concentration in People and Culture, or a minor in Communication and Management).
