Students in the SOAR Program take three courses that provide meaningful engagement opportunities for students to focus on career exploration and professional development. MCOB 200 has a mentoring component in the curriculum. This is a great opportunity to share your experiences to help prepare students to enter the workforce as confident, competent, and ethical professionals.
