The real estate development minor, a 25-credit program, presents an interdisciplinary core of foundation and capstone courses and a host of elective courses grouped by specializations.
I would highly recommend the real estate development minor to anyone interested in learning how buildings actually come to fruition. With subject matters ranging from real estate finance to construction management to property management, the concepts and skills learned from these courses will help students understand what it takes to transform ideas on paper into built reality.
—Jake Dietrich, alumnus with a minor in real estate development and director of development for Indianapolis mixed-use developer Milhaus
