Funding Options for Individuals
Our Workforce Ready Grant approved programs are available to Indiana residents with a high school diploma and less than a bachelor's degree who wish to pursue in-demand career training in select fields. Learn more.
The Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) offers unemployed and underemployed adults a chance to re-train for their next career move. Multiple programs are approved for funding. Lifetime Learning by Ball State offers an invoice option for contract-based group employee training that is completely customizable to employer specifications. Request a training to start a training conversation.
Consider partnering with us to secure Next Level Jobs Employer Training Grant. The Employer Training Grant will reimburse an employer for up to $5,000 per trained employee who is trained, hired, and retained for six months, up to $50,000 per employer. Email grzirkle@bsu.edu for details.
