Dr. Bill Betts is the Director of Counseling and Health Services at Ball State University. He has spent more than 25 years in behavioral health, working with high risk individuals in a variety of settings. Dr. Betts received his MA and PhD in Clinical Psychology from DePaul University. He then went on to complete a post-doctoral fellowship in Program Evaluation and Administration at the University of Colorado. Prior to joining Ball State, Dr. Betts was at the University of Colorado where he was an assistant professor and the Associate Director for Mental Health at the Kempe Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Child Abuse and Neglect. Dr. Betts has published on integrating behavioral healthcare with physical healthcare, child abuse and cross systems collaboration.
