F.A. Wilhelm Construction Company is the CMc, please contact Shari Bernhardt at ShariBernhardt@fawilhelm.com with inquiries regarding use of the Building Connected Project Site.

Bid Event # 2 - The project will include the following list of bid packages for the interior selective demolition and renovation of limited work in Building 1 & 3 and full renovation in Building 3 surrounding Emens Auditorium along with work in basement expect for building 2 (AC/MU/TH) on Ball State University Main Campus.

ESTIMATED COST OF CONSTRUCTION: $14,900,000.00

ANTICIPATED START DATE: July 14, 2025
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: December 18, 2026
