Scope of Work
Work of the project include, but not limited to: This project consists of the construction of two new single-story, stand-alone masonry buildings – One serving the baseball program and one servicing the softball program.Each facility will include home team locker rooms, a players’ lounge with integrated nutrition area, and associated athletic, administrative, and support spaces.The scope includes all related site development, utility infrastructure, and building systems required for complete and operational delivery.
ESTIMATED COST OF CONSTRUCTION: $7,789,386.00
ANTICIPATED START DATE: February 24, 2026
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: January 23, 2027
