Make a Move
Spring 2026 Employee Fitness Program

Make a Move is a partnership between the Office of Engagement, Wellbeing & Culture and the College of Health School of Kinesiology.  Taught by Dr. Shore-Beck, this class gives Ball State employees the opportunity to work one-on-one with a student personal trainer to create a personalized fitness plan and build healthy habits.

Program details

  • Location: Jo Ann Gora Student Recreation and Wellness Center
  • Dates: January 21 – April 29, 2026
  • Days/Times: Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:10 a.m.– 11:50 a.m.
  • Cost: Free – participation requires only your time and commitment
