As a part of our hands-on method of teaching, we offer you the opportunity to participate in two different student projects. Student projects are a great way for you to learn research techniques and analyze your findings.
The two projects we offer are the
Mexico Field Study and the
Killbuck Creek Corridor: Community Development Plan
. The Mexico study allowed students to research building practices and cultural environments. Students who attended the study have
documented their findings, which we encourage you to read for more information.
The Killbuck Creek Corridor project explores the restoration of a sand and gravel mining site located in Anderson. Students were able to work independently on this project for two weeks and report their findings. Not only do these projects add to your classroom experience, they also enhance your resume.
